Job summary

Korvest Ltd in Kilburn, South Australia, is seeking a Manufacturing/Fabrication Supervisor for the Afternoon shift to lead manufacturing staff and contractors at our Kilburn site, ensuring safe, efficient production.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coach, develop and delegate, monitor performance, enforce safety, quality, health and environmental standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Sound knowledge and understanding of HSEQ requirements
• Strict adherence to safety and PPE requirements
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to problem solve
• Ability to lead and manage a team and demonstrated people skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing staff and contractors on day-to-day activities
• Coach, develop, delegate and recognise team members to meet productivity goals
• Monitor and manage staff performance and safety, quality, health and environmental standards
• Communicate across all levels of the business and drive continuous improvement initiatives
