Job summary

Workhorse Staffing is seeking an experienced Overhead Crane Operator to join a well-established steel manufacturing operation in New South Wales. This is a hands-on role requiring a safety-focused and reliable individual to assist with the lifting, movement and positioning of steel products across a busy warehouse and yard environment.

You will safely operate overhead cranes, sling and transport loads, perform pre-start checks, and work with production and yard teams to ensure efficient material

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience operating overhead/gantry cranes.
• Forklift licence is required.
• Experience handling steel or heavy industrial materials preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid forklift licence and minimum 2 years experience
• Previous experience operating overhead/ gantry cranes highly advantageous
• Experience handling steel, sheet metal or heavy industrial materials preferred
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
• Strong sense of safety and communication in the workplace
