Job summary

AusHealth is seeking an After-Hours Client Support Officer to join our National Client Services team in Adelaide. This part-time, permanent role covers 6pm–6am, with weekend and overnight on-call duties and a strong client-centric focus.

You will handle calls and emails about drug and alcohol testing, schedule collectors, arrange travel, process payments, and support colleagues during busy periods. An overnight roster is required; prior customer service or admin experience is preferred, and

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or administration.
• Ability to establish positive relationships with customers.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails and enquiries about drug & alcohol testing.
• Arrange and schedule testing sessions and travel for staff.
• Process payments and paperwork according to SOPs.
• Support the National Client Services team during peak periods.
• Backfill shifts as required, including weekends and overnights.
