AusHealth is seeking an After-Hours Client Support Officer to join our National Client Services Team in Underdale, SA. This permanent part-time role (72 hours per fortnight) covers 6pm–6am with weekend and overnight on-call rotation and comprehensive training.
You will handle inbound calls and emails about drug and alcohol testing, book schedules, manage paperwork, and support the wider team to ensure timely client obligations are met.

This role will be offered on a Permanent Part Time basis with a split roster of 72 hours per fortnight (6pm - 6am), with additional ad hoc hours available in peak times including but not limited to, weekend and after hour needs. Applicants with experience working overnight shifts will be highly favoured, but not an essential requirement.
Please note: the successful candidate will complete a comprehensive 2-week training period during standard business hours before transitioning to the after-hours roster
