Job summary

AusHealth is seeking an After-Hours Client Support Officer to join our National Client Services Team in Underdale, SA. This permanent part-time role (72 hours per fortnight) covers 6pm–6am with weekend and overnight on-call rotation and comprehensive training.

You will handle inbound calls and emails about drug and alcohol testing, book schedules, manage paperwork, and support the wider team to ensure timely client obligations are met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or administration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Flexible with shift patterns and ability to backfill as required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming calls, emails and enquiries related to testing services.
• Timely fulfil post incident booking requests and coordinate schedules.
• Manage client testing schedules and related travel arrangements for staff as needed.
• Process paperwork and payments in line with policies and SOPs.
• Provide support to the National Client Services team during peak periods.
• Work a rotating roster with weekend and overnight on-call availability.
