Job summary

OFX is seeking a commercially minded partnerships manager to own, stabilise and scale the affiliate channel. You will deepen relationships with existing partners and recruit high-quality new partners across comparison sites and digital publishers, while ensuring alignment with OFX’s unit economics and growth targets.

The role focuses on CPA migration, renegotiating commercial structures and leading negotiations, while managing Impact and Salesforce partner records and driving analytic insights

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in digital marketing or affiliate marketing with revenue responsibility.
• Proven ability to stabilise and grow partner bases and acquire new partners.
• Experience with comparison sites, financial publishers; FX/fintech exposure is a plus.
• Experience in regulated environments with compliance and due diligence.
• Migration of affiliates to CPA or hybrid models.
• Experience building or managing partner portals or asset delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Stabilise and deepen relationships with existing partners and acquire new ones.
• Lead CPA migration strategies and renegotiate commercial structures.
• Own Impact and Salesforce partner records and commercial negotiations.
• Design and deliver marketing assets to affiliates and manage asset governance.
• Monitor AI-powered discovery tools impact on referrals and adjust strategy.
