TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform visual and dimensional inspections on aerospace machined components, including FAI in accordance with AS9102. The role requires reading engineering drawings, applying GD&T (ASME Y14.5), and using hand measurement tools and gages.

Qualificações

• Experience inspecting aerospace machined components dimensionally.
• Proficient with FAI’s under AS9102 requirements.
• Skilled with hand measurement tools and gauges.
• Proficient in using MS Outlook and Excel for data tracking.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and perform conventional inspections.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and blueprint interpretation.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections including in-process, final, and FAI as needed.
• Verify test data and related documentation under guidance of management.
• Read and interpret quality policies, blueprints, and procedures.
• Process warehouse materials and support corrective actions.
• Work under established guidelines with strong teamwork and communication.
