Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas seeks a Quality Engineer to execute supplier quality initiatives, audits, PPAP, and corrective actions, reporting to the Senior Director of Quality Operations. You will drive improvements and work with design and production to ensure product conformance.

Candidate will reside within 50 miles of Redmond, WA; strong communication, project management, and English fluency required. Role may include extended hours and travel to suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science is required.
• 2+ years of relevant quality engineering experience, or 6 years if no degree.
• U.S. citizenship may be required for ITAR-restricted roles.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality evaluation and control systems and protocols.
• Explain testing plans and methods to ensure reliability and conformance.
• Identify and propose corrective actions for nonconformities.
• Apply PPAP core elements to assess risk in development.
• Review work transfer and change management processes.
• Support PPAP acceptance and gating processes.
• Collaborate with design to ensure quality standards are met.
• Drive proactive quality initiative strategies and implementations.
• Lead quality engineering for programs and products.
