Job summary

Blackmores is seeking a qualified naturopath to join our Naturopathic Advisory team in Sydney on a fixed-term basis as leave cover for at least 6 months. The role can be part-time (3 days per week) or full-time (5 days per week) and is based at our Surry Hills office.

You will provide expert health, product, and technical advice to consumers, healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and retail partners across Australia and New Zealand through phone, email, live chat, and digital channels, while

Qualifications

• A degree-qualified naturopath with advanced knowledge of complementary medicine and natural health solutions.
• Experience providing evidence-based health, nutrition, and product advice to consumers, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication skills for clear verbal and written guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert health, product, and technical advice to consumers, healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and retail partners via phone, email, live chat, and digital channels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving enquiries efficiently while maintaining a trusted customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive accurate and up-to-date information.
• Document customer interactions and manage adverse event cases following regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to maintaining product information resources and training materials.

The Opportunity

The purpose of the Blackmores Group Naturopathic Advisory team is to provide trusted and reliable support for the general public, retail partners and healthcare professionals in relation to our portfolio of products. This support is provided in a manner which aligns with the position of the Blackmores Group as a leading authority on natural health. The Blackmores Group Naturopathic Advisory team provides first class customer support across a range of different communication touchpoints.

We are looking for a qualified naturopath to join the team on a fixed term basis as a leave cover for at least 6 months. Given business needs, the role is open for someone to work on a part time (3 days per week) or full time (5 days per week). This role is based in Sydney and is expected to work out from our Surry Hills office

What Will You Do?

Provide expert health, product, and technical advice to consumers, healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and retail partners across Australia and New Zealand through phone, email, live chat, and digital channels.

Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving enquiries efficiently while maintaining a trusted and professional customer experience.

Support Blackmores, BioCeuticals Professional, BioCeuticals Clinical, and Infant Nutrition brands by tailoring advice to the specific needs of different customer groups.

Accurately document customer interactions and manage pharmacovigilance and consumer complaint cases in compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

Research and interpret scientific, clinical, and product information to provide evidence-based recommendations and responses to enquiries.

Collaborate closely with internal teams including Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, Marketing, Education, and Product Development to ensure customers receive accurate and up-to-date information.

Contribute to maintaining and improving product information resources, training materials, and customer education content to support service excellence.

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture by supporting continuous improvement initiatives, participating in ongoing professional development, and modelling Blackmores values in everyday interactions

Who Are You?

A degree-qualified naturopath with advanced knowledge of complementary medicine and natural health solutions.

Able to provide evidence-based health, nutrition, and product advice to consumers, pharmacists, practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.

Communicates complex scientific and technical information clearly and confidently through both verbal and written channels.

Skilled at sourcing, evaluating, and interpreting information from multiple resources to deliver accurate and practical recommendations.

Works effectively across teams, supports and mentors colleagues, and contributes to a positive and high-performing team culture

Demonstrates initiative, professional curiosity, and a commitment to ongoing learning, accreditation, and personal development.
