Job summary

Blackmores, a leading Australian natural health company, is seeking a Program Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Sydney's Surry Hills. You will provide hands-on operational support to enable efficient program delivery and engage stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.

The role focuses on governance, meetings, document control, and logistics, with a strong emphasis on organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator or PMO Analyst role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day program operations, ensuring governance frameworks, tools and standards are consistently applied.
  • Manage program meetings and workshops, including scheduling, logistics, agenda preparation, documentation and action tracking.
  • Maintain and govern SharePoint and document repositories, ensuring accurate version control and easy access to program materials.
  • Prepare presentations, governance packs, leadership updates and program communications.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members, contractors and delivery partners and manage travel/logistics.

The Program Coordinator provides high-quality operational support to enable efficient program delivery. It is a hands-on, administrative support role, focussing on program coordination, document ownership, meeting coordination and stakeholder engagement, travel and logistics.

This role will suit a highly organised, hands-on individual who thrives in complex environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and can confidently engage stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.

This is a 12 month contract based in Surry Hills, NSW.

What you’ll be doing:
