Job summary

Macmahon is seeking an HSE support professional to back Greenbushes operations, ensuring safe, compliant delivery and close teamwork with site leaders and crews.

You will mentor teams on HSEQ Management Systems, monitor safety indicators, and participate in incident investigations while promoting a culture of safety and reliability on site.

Qualifications

• Australian auditing qualification is desirable
• Experience in HSE within mining
• Strong attention to detail and service mindset
• Clear communication and ability to work with different teams
• Commitment to safety, respect and doing things the right way

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation and adherence to the HSEQ Management Plan.
• Provide expert mentoring and guidance on HSEQ Management Systems.
• Engage with clients on WHS activities and monitor site-based lead and lag indicators.
• Assist with accident and incident investigations as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments to support operational safety.
• Oversee site corrective action and hazard reporting processes.
• Perform site inspections and audits according to the annual safety planner and activity planners.

About the Role

Provide HSE support to Greenbushes, working closely with leaders and crews to enable safe, efficient and compliant delivery.
