Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within financial advice, wealth management or a broader financial services environment.
• Strong track record coaching Financial Planners to achieve customer, commercial and quality outcomes.
• Deep understanding of Personal Advice delivery, adviser practices, advice quality standards and AFSL governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Financial Planners and Senior Financial Planners to achieve revenue, productivity, customer satisfaction, quality and compliance objectives.
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching, performance management and capability development.
• Drive consistent execution of Personal Advice process and customer journey using data and insights.
• Manage team capacity, workforce planning and recruitment to position the team for success.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships across Advice Delivery, Enablement, Professional Services, Risk & QA, Compliance, Technology and Distribution.
