Job summary

AIA Financial Wellbeing is hiring Advice Associates to support Financial Planners in delivering comprehensive financial advice and implementing recommendations for Australian customers. Qualifications

• Diploma of Financial Services, Financial Planning (RG146 compliance) or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in busy customer service / client-facing roles.
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines to support effective advice.
• Experience handling high-volume workload.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Sound risk management thinking.
• Ability to model AIA’s Operating Philosophy of “Doing the Right thing, in the Right Way, with the Right people” as the incumbent will be measured against this regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Financial Planners in their delivery of Financial Advice to customers, particularly in relation to advice implementation.
• Assist in preparation for customer meetings/presentations, support research, managing documentation, record management and implementation of advice to customers.
• Implement both personal and general advice in a timely manner.
• Support the delivery of Annual Service Agreement obligations to ensure customer milestones and service commitments are met.
• Collaborate with different parts of the business to support business initiatives and support an efficient, well-functioning team.
• Continuously build your knowledge of the Advice industry, legislative changes, attend professional development and compliance training sessions and complete all mandatory learning within the required timeframes.
