Job summary

AIA Australia is seeking an Advice Associate to provide comprehensive administrative and implementation support to Financial Planners in our Financial Wellbeing business across Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.

You will assist in preparing for customer meetings, manage documentation, implement personal and general advice, and help meet annual service obligations. This role requires strong customer service experience and a proactive, organised approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Financial Services with RG146 compliance.
• Proven track record in busy customer service roles.
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Experience supporting Financial Planners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Financial Planners and prepare advice implementations.
• Assist in client meetings, prepare documentation, and manage records.
• Process and implement both personal and general advice.
• Support annual service obligations and team initiatives.
• Engage with multiple business areas to improve processes.
