Job summary

AIA is seeking an Advice Manager to lead a geographically dispersed team of Financial Planners and Senior Financial Planners within AIA Financial Wellbeing. You will deliver high-quality Personal Advice outcomes and drive commercial, customer, people and risk results.

You will shape a high-performance culture, ensure exceptional customer experience, and leverage technology, AI and digital solutions to enhance productivity, scalability and outcomes while maintaining governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in financial advice, wealth management or similar
• Track record coaching and developing Financial Planners to hit targets
• Deep understanding of Personal Advice delivery and AFSL governance
• Experience delivering revenue growth, customer satisfaction and engagement
• Strong commercial acumen balancing customer, people, risk and priorities
• Experience using performance data and digital tools to improve ops
• Passion for coaching, mentoring and succession planning
• Experience leading teams through regulatory-driven change

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a dispersed team of Financial Planners to meet revenue, productivity and compliance goals
• Foster a high-performance culture with coaching and recognition
• Drive implementation of Personal Advice processes and customer journeys
• Utilise data and insights to identify improvements and actions
• Oversee capacity planning, recruitment and staffing for success
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Advice Delivery and supporting teams
• Champion adoption of Salesforce, AdviceOS and AI-enabled tools to boost productivity
• Lead organisational, process and technology change initiatives
• Uphold governance, compliance and advice quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement of advice quality and customer outcomes
