Australian Golf Digest, part of CMMA Digital & Print, is seeking an elite Advertising Manager to drive growth across agency, corporate and direct markets. You will lead revenue initiatives with senior partners and deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced golf media ecosystem.

You will work with a high-performing commercial sales team to develop strategic solutions leveraging print, digital, video, social media, content and events while meeting ambitious targets.

As the game of golf continues to grow, we are seeking an elite Advertising Manager to help drive the next phase of growth for the business.

This is not a traditional management role. We are looking for a genuine sales leader, someone who thrives on writing revenue, building commercial partnerships, leading from the front and consistently exceeding targets.

This is a full-time position; however, we are open to considering a four-day working week and flexible location arrangements, including candidates based outside Melbourne, for the right applicant.

You will work with the commercial sales team while also personally driving major revenue opportunities across agency, corporate, and direct markets. Only those willing to meet with clients and exceed targets should apply.

The role requires a minimum of 5-7+ years' experience in advertising sales, media sales or commercial partnerships, with proven success working in high-performing teams and delivering meaningful revenue growth. Existing agency relationships and senior corporate contacts are essential, along with the ability to confidently engage and present at Marketing Director and CMO level (within the golf industry)

You will work across golf's most premium brands and with some of Australia's most premium sporting audiences, spanning additional categories including automotive, travel, luxury, finance, technology, health, property and lifestyle. There is a high expectation that you will grow this part of the business.

The successful candidate will understand how to create strategic, integrated commercial solutions that leverage print, digital, video, social media, content and events. A high degree of online media sales experience is expected.

A strong understanding of golf and the golf consumer is highly advantageous; however, this role is ultimately about commercial performance, leadership and execution. We are looking for someone who is autonomous, driven, highly organised and energised by hitting targets and growing the business.
