• Lead with community and brand pride by building partnerships and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Glenelg store team and set direction.
• Drive long-term growth and maximise store performance.
• Coach ASM and 3ICs; develop store leadership capacity.
• Ensure safety, stock control, and brand standards are upheld.
• Represent Kathmandu locally and foster community partnerships.
