Kathmandu Perth DFO is seeking a Full Time Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop the team, drive service excellence, and manage store operations to deliver strong results in a fast-paced outdoor retailer environment.

You will coach staff, interpret KPIs, optimise stock and visual merchandising, maintain store standards, and champion our outdoors and sustainability values, ensuring an outstanding customer experience every day.
