Job summary

Kathmandu Waurn Ponds is seeking a Full Time Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in a high-energy retail environment. You will shape store culture, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with Kathmandu’s adventure brand.

As the heartbeat of the store, you’ll lead with vision, manage commercial strategy, and develop talent while maintaining operational governance and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a retail team and drive KPI performance.
• Experience analysing KPIs and forecasting to inform store decisions.
• Coaching leaders and building a strong succession pipeline.
• Ensuring compliance, safety, stock integrity, and brand standards.
• Strong collaboration with store community and brand partners.

• Drive long-term growth, analyse KPIs, forecast results and maximise sales.
• Develop people at every level—coach ASM and 3ICs and build capability.
