Job summary

Omnes Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our established team in Camberwell. Roles available as full-time or part-time, offering a competitive salary package dependent on experience.

The ANP will perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and clinical decision-making within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, delivering patient-centred care to registered patients.

Qualifications

Current NMC registration is required.
Independent prescribing qualification is required.
Proven experience in a Primary Care environment.
Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.
Adherence to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and Scope of Practice.
Willingness to participate in clinical supervision and service development.

Responsibilities

Undertake comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
Make clinical decisions using a holistic, evidence-based approach.
Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Contribute to practice-based research and service development where appropriate.
