Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced AOD assessments and develop collaborative care plans.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to ED clinicians.
• Maintain referral pathways to counselling, outpatient clinics and community services.
• Deliver outreach and caseload management up to 28 days post‑discharge.
• Embed recovery‑oriented practice within medico‑legal and duty of care requirements.
