Job summary

Apprenticeships Are Us in Kilmore, VIC is inviting 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Light Vehicle Mechanic Apprentices to continue their training in an established independent workshop. You’ll work toward the AUR30620 Certificate III while gaining hands-on experience across servicing, diagnostics and maintenance.

This opportunity offers weekly award wages, PPE supplied, and dedicated mentoring from an Apprentice Employment Manager to support your long-term career in automotive repair.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a Light Vehicle Mechanic apprenticeship (2nd-4th year).
Hands-on automotive workshop experience preferred.
Passion for cars and the automotive industry, reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

Vehicle servicing and scheduled maintenance.
Mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis.
Using diagnostic equipment and workshop technology.
Brake, steering and suspension repairs.
Engine and mechanical component repairs.
Reading and following manufacturer specifications and repair procedures.
Maintaining professional workshop and safety standards.
