Job summary

The University is seeking an Admissions Officer to guide prospective students from enquiry to enrolment with a welcoming and professional approach.

You will assess applications, coordinate interviews/auditions, and maintain clear communication with applicants while ensuring data integrity across systems. The role supports open days and new student enrolment processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office suite.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assess and process applications efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate admissions assessments including interviews and auditions.
• Maintain professional communication with applicants throughout the journey.
• Respond to applicant queries promptly and professionally.
• Record applicant information accurately in the database with data integrity in mind.
• Support admissions events such as open days and enrolment weeks.
• Assist campuses during induction and enrolment weeks.
