Girton Grammar School in Victoria is seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to lead the admissions and enrolment function, delivering an outstanding experience for prospective families from enquiry to commencement.

Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations, you will manage enquiries, applications, interviews, offers, waitlists and enrolment conversion, while coordinating tours and information sessions.

Girton Grammar School is seeking an experienced, professional and relationship-focused Admissions Manager to lead the School’s admissions and enrolment function.

This key position is responsible for delivering an outstanding experience for prospective families, managing the complete admissions journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment and commencement, and supporting the School’s strategic enrolment objectives.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations, you will:

• Lead all aspects of admissions and enrolments across the Junior and Senior Schools.
• Build strong relationships with prospective families and provide a welcoming, responsive and professional experience.
• Manage enquiries, applications, interviews, offers, waitlists, enrolment conversion and student commencement.
• Coordinate school tours, Open Days, information sessions and enrolment activities.
• Monitor enrolment trends and prepare forecasts, analysis and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Experience within a school environment and knowledge of Synergetic and Funnel will be highly regarded but are not essential.
