Qualifications

• Previous admissions or student administration experience.
• Experience using student management, admissions or CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess applications against admission requirements.
• Prepare and issue Letters of Offer and CoEs in line with policies.
• Provide timely information to students, agents and internal teams.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to support the student journey.
