Job summary

  • Currently undertaking or completed a Certificate or Diploma in Water Industry Operations or a related field.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Strong prioritisation and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work well both autonomously and within teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of water servicing terminology and processes.
  • Time management skills and ability to focus, achieve outcomes, and meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project support to the Water Servicing Team, including document management, data entry, filing, and preparation of project documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, agendas, meeting minutes, and other project-related documentation.
  • Coordinate and assist with scheduling field crew activities and maintenance works.
  • Support project quality assurance by maintaining records and ensuring quality control processes are implemented and documented.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring timely team communication.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through process enhancements, system updates, and implementation of team standards and best practices.
  • Support team success by assisting with problem-solving, learning water servicing drafting principles, and promoting compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS).
