Sydney Water seeks a Workplace Relations Coordinator to drive wage compliance, enterprise agreement implementation, and employee relations across the organisation. You will work closely with the Workplace Relations Project Specialist to coordinate projects, maintain records, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
The role supports governance, policy reviews, and continuous improvement of people and payroll processes, in a hybrid Parramatta-based setting.
The Workplace Relations Coordinator supports workplace relations, industrial relations, and payroll compliance activities across the organisation. Working closely with the Workplace Relations Project Specialist, the role assists with wage compliance reviews, payroll remediation, enterprise agreement implementation, workplace investigations, and employee relations matters.
The position coordinates workplace relations projects, maintains compliance records, prepares documentation, conducts research, and supports the resolution of employee and industrial relations enquiries. The role helps ensure compliance with workplace legislation, enterprise agreements, modern awards, and organisational policies while contributing to continuous improvement across people and payroll processes.
In addition to a further qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Business, Law or a related discipline, you bring sound judgement, clear communication and a practical approach to workplace relations. You are comfortable working with sensitive information and building trusted relationships across complex organisations.
