Wodonga Senior Secondary College is seeking an Administration Support – Student Window to provide a professional first point of contact and deliver broad administrative services across staff, students and parents, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will support college administration, offer friendly customer service and coordinate tasks to keep school services running smoothly.
The purpose of the Administration Support – Student Window is to deliver a professional first point of contact for the College and is responsible for providing administrative services across a broad range of activities to staff, students and parents, ensuring efficient operation of day-to-day activities.
The Administration Support will work under the direction of the Office Manager and is responsible through them to the Business Manager. The role of Administration Support is to assist in the efficient operation of the College and provide friendly, professional and effective customer service within the College community.
Deliver a wide range of general administration support to ensure the smooth functioning of the College office and support services.
Professionally manage incoming phone calls, emails and in person enquires. Providing timely and accurate information to staff, students, families and community members.
Process and receive payments from students, families and community members for excursions, fees and other school-related costs in-line with school procedures.
Provide day-to-day support to students, including addressing general queries and offering assistance as needed.
Assist external service providers with administrative tasks and coordination as required, ensuring seamless service delivery within the College.
Contribute to the successful planning and execution of school events and projects by delivering timely and accurate administrative support.
