SeaLink is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration & Operations Coordinator – Cafes to support the daily operations of our Cleveland Shore Cafe and all onboard vessel cafes.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a blend of operational coordination, team support, compliance oversight, and administrative responsibilities. As a key support to the Cafe Manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring safe, efficient, and customerfocused operations across multiple cafe locations.
This position oversees documentation accuracy, daily coordination of Team Leaders, coordinates workflow across sites, and ensures all cafes meet compliance, reporting, and service standards.
Please note: This role includes early starts, with shifts commencing from 6:00am, as part of a rotating roster across a 365day operation.
You are organised, proactive and comfortable coordinating people and processes across multiple locations. You enjoy structured work, value accuracy, and can switch between administrative and operational responsibilities with ease.
