Job summary

St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an Administration Officer – ADS Support Line for a maximum term contract (part-time, 12 hours per week) until June 2028. You will support the ADS Service with rostering, payroll and administrative tasks within electronic systems.

The role requires frontline customer service skills, proficiency in MS Office, and sensitivity when assisting vulnerable clients. Competitive benefits and pro rata superannuation apply.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases and electronic clinical systems.
• Experience with administrative records, payroll or staff rostering systems.
• Ability to support vulnerable clients with compassion and sensitivity.
• Experience managing administrative enquiries and competing priorities.

• Shift details: 12 hours per week; working days and times determined by service requirements (no shift work required)

• Salary: $73,915.12–$76,218.80 per annum + superannuation (pro rata)
