Job summary

Surf Life Saving NSW is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Officer to support the Operations Manager and the broader project team. This is a varied, fast-paced role providing administrative and logistical support for a large-scale project.

You will assist with data entry, respond to incoming enquiries and help the team manage rapidly changing operational priorities. The role is based in Belrose with an on-site requirement and six-month contract.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, or team support.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good technical skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• A flexible, proactive and collaborative approach.
• A willingness to assist across a variety of duties as required.
