You’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our business by ensuring accurate and timely data entry of truck runs and service records. You’ll be responsible for tracking and reporting on missed bin services, working closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to investigate and resolve issues. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on attention to detail, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, and is confident communicating across departments to ensure our service commitments are met. This position is a 8-month fixed-term contract.
