Mater Private Hospital Gold Coast is seeking a customer-focused Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to clinical and operational teams, with a strong emphasis on patient experience. The role is permanent part-time (32 hours per week) and requires participation in a 24/7 roster, including night shifts.
Salary is AUD 39.79–44.25 per hour, plus superannuation and access to salary packaging up to AUD 15,900 and other staff benefits.

In this role you will be providing high-quality administrative support while contributing to the delivery of exceptional service for our patients, visitors and clinical teams.
Working closely with the Administration Team Leader/Manager and wider multidisciplinary team, you will proactively manage a range of administrative, business support and coordination activities. You will work with a degree of autonomy, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience, data quality, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Salary range: $39.79 – $44.25 per hour plus superannuation andaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900+access to many staff benefits!
