Job description

The Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring that Ameya Care Support Services meets its human resource, quality, and compliance obligations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for recruitment and workforce administration while also supporting the development, maintenance, and oversight of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and compliance framework. You will play a critical role in supporting business operations, workforce engagement, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities
Human Resources
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Prepare employment offers, contracts, and associated documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements.
  • Support employee onboarding, induction, probation reviews, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist managers with recruitment and workforce-related enquiries.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures remain current and compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics as required.
Quality & Compliance
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of quality and compliance systems.
  • Assist in ensuring organisational compliance with relevant industry standards, legislation, and funding body requirements.
  • Conduct audits, reviews, and compliance checks across business operations.
  • Support incident management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain quality registers, policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing for internal and external audits.
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organisation's CRM system.
  • Ensure accurate and timely client and workforce data management.
  • Generate reports and insights to support service delivery and operational decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and customer experience through effective use of CRM technology.
  • Support staff training and system adoption initiatives.
About you
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Compliance, or a similar administration role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and database management.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business systems.
