Waverley Council is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administration and Customer Support Officer to join our People & Culture team.
This is an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of efficient and customer-focused People & Culture services, supporting a range of administrative activities across employee life cycle.
The purpose of this role will be responsible for providing pro-active administrative services and support within the People and Culture team. The role provides effective internal quality customer service and contributes to the implementation and delivery of HR administrative processes and systems. A key focus is guiding an environment of continuous improvement and the promotion of a customer service culture within the P&C team.
