Mater Health Brisbane is seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to support South Brisbane and Springfield, delivering high-quality administrative service to patients, relatives and clinical and non-clinical staff. The role reports to the Business Manager – Planned Care and is permanent, full‑time, based at both locations.
You will lead a team of administrative staff, drive efficiency, manage rostering and recruitment, monitor performance, and foster a positive culture.
Mater Health Brisbane are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Administration Coordinator to play a key role in the delivery of exceptional administrative service across both South Brisbane and Springfield and support to Mater patients, relatives and clinic and non-clinical staff. This position is being offered as a permanent, full time position based at both South Brisbane and Springfield.
The position reports to the Business Manager – Planned Care. In this role you will be a member of the Planned Care leadership team, helping to respond to escalations and queries, whilst leading and supporting improvement and change management initiatives across the service.
You will join a team of Administration Coordinators, with the core function to provide specialised knowledge in administrative tasks and provide guidance to administration staff whilst managing the day-to-day operational requirements of the department. There is a specific focus on financial efficiency by managing resources effectively and optimising operational processes for efficiency in addition to optimal utilisation of resources, both human and material to achieve best and sustainable results.
Salary range: $54.57 – $59.38 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
