Mater Health Brisbane are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Administration Coordinator to play a key role in the delivery of exceptional administrative service and support to Mater patients, relatives and clinic and non-clinical staff. This position is being offered as a permanent, full time position based at South Brisbane & Springfield.
The position reports to the Business Manager – Planned Care. In this role you will be a member of the Planned Care leadership team, helping to respond to escalations and queries, whilst leading and supporting improvement and change management initiatives across the service.
You will join a team of Administration Coordinators, with the core function to provide specialised knowledge in administrative tasks and provide guidance to administration staff whilst managing the day-to‑day operational requirements of the department. There is a specific focus on financial efficiency by managing resources effectively and optimising operational processes for efficiency in addition to optimal utilisation of resources, both human and material to achieve best and sustainable results.
Salary range: $54.57 – $59.38 per hourplus superannuationandaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900+access to many staff benefits!
