• Current TAE qualification and relevant VET training/assessment experience.
• Strong industry experience in administration, customer service, call centre operations, or digital administration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the listed training units and assessment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess training to learners in line with RTO standards.
• Support learners to develop workplace skills and confidence.
• Contribute to maintaining high training and assessment quality.
