Responsibilities

  • Managing correspondence, emails and telephone communications, ensuring inquiries are directed appropriately and promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate records, files and databases, ensuring information is organised and readily accessible.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings and events, coordinating calendars across multiple team members.
  • Preparing documents, reports and presentations using various software applications.
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Providing general support to senior staff and management, including minute-taking and meeting coordination.
  • Assisting with reception duties, greeting visitors and managing office logistics.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment, ordering as needed and managing inventory.
  • Supporting the coordination of company events, training sessions and team activities.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as required to support business needs
