We’relooking for an organised and people-focused administrator to join our AlliedHealth Intake team.
You’llsupport with the administration behind client intake and service delivery. You’llbe the first point of contact for clients and staff, supporting them with theinformation they need or helping direct enquiries to the right person orservice.
If you’reorganised, approachable and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind thescenes, this could be the role for you.
You’re organised and enjoy keepinginformation accurate and up to date.
You have strong attention to detail andcan manage competing tasks while meeting deadlines.
You’re confident using Microsoft Officeand database systems and are willing to learn new systems and processes.
You’re warm, professional andcomfortable communicating with a range of people, including clients, staff andstakeholders.
You have a Certificate or Diploma inBusiness Administration or equivalent previous administrative experience.
You’llprovide administrative support that helps keep intake and waiting lists, referrals,client information, appointments and service records accurate and up to date.
The rolealso involves preparing correspondence, reports and program resources and supportingmeetings.
You’ll alsorespond to enquiries and identify or elevate any issues that require furthersupport.
You’ll work underthe direction Allied Health Intake Coordinator and closely with the AlliedHealth Intake team to ensure clients receive a smooth and timely service.
