As a Program Assistant with us you have the opportunity to support the efficient management of referrals to ensure our clients and consumers can access the care they need in a timely way. You will be part of a small, friendly team primarily responsible for managing incoming referrals and ensuring they are directed to the correct areas of our organisation. This will include managing phone and email enquiries and entering referrals onto our patient administration database.
