Bayside Health is seeking a Client Service Officer at Melbourne Sexual Health Centre to support the clinical team and clients with reception, appointments, and administrative tasks. Role includes data entry, billing support, and medical records management within a busy public health setting.
The Administration Team hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, located at Melbourne Sexual Health Centre in Carlton.

Melbourne Sexual Health Centre (MSHC), a specialised unit for the diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), is located in Carlton. It is part of the Medical Specialties Directorate of Alfred Health. It has an established reputation for clinical excellence and innovation through its research.
MSHC provides screening, testing, counselling, information, referral, health education and clinical management of STIs including HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C. It is reputed as a global leader in sexual health with ongoing active focus on post-graduate training and education, clinical consultancy and research. The staff of approximately 100 includes Infrastructure support, Counsellors, Doctors, Nurses, Researchers and post graduate students.
A Client Service Officer at Melbourne Sexual Health Centre provides a full range of administrative services to support the clinical team and the clients attending for care. The Client Services role encompasses reception, appointments, switchboard, COVID Entry Point Screening, data entry, medical records management, client communication, billing and providing administrative support to clinical and research staff within the Centre. The Administration Team hours of work are Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
