Move Right Physio and Allied Health – Albion QLD
Move Right Physio & Allied Health is looking for an organised, friendly and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team at our New Clayfield clinic.
This isn't a role where you'll be expected to run an entire clinic by yourself. You'll work alongside our onsite administration team, Physiotherapists and Clinic Manager, with additional support from our Virtual Administration Assistant, who helps manage a range of behind-the-scenes administrative tasks.
We're looking for someone who enjoys people, keeps things organised and can help create a welcoming, professional and fun environment for our clients and team.
Move Right is a clinician-led Physiotherapy practice providing both clinic and mobile services across North Brisbane and Moreton Bay, supporting private, Medicare, Workcover, CTP and NDIS clients.
Your role will include:
Our Dakabin clinic operates alongside Move Right's mobile Physiotherapy service, so the administration role supports a broader service than a traditional front-desk-only private practice.
You don't necessarily need years of healthcare administration experience. We're more interested in finding someone who is reliable, organised, personable and willing to learn.
You'll ideally be someone who:
Experience in Physiotherapy, allied health, medical reception, Nookal, Medicare, Workcover, NDIS or private health would be highly regarded, but isn't essential for the right person.
Our philosophy across Move Right is pretty simple:
Deliver great healthcare. Keep learning. Support one another. Build careers that are enjoyable and sustainable.
That's the same culture we promote in our current clinical recruitment. We're a growing, clinician-led business, but we don't want growth to mean becoming overly corporate.
We also believe a good culture requires professional standards. We want people to raise concerns appropriately, communicate directly and respectfully, and contribute to a workplace without gossip, cliques or people being undermined behind their backs.
Our administration team is an important part of the clinical service- not an afterthought.
