Job summary

Warren Global Logistics on the Gold Coast is looking for a self-motivated Logistics Operator. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, with training provided to the right candidate.

You will handle office duties, assist clients with air and sea imports/exports, quotes, and coordinate with suppliers and agents. Key responsibilities include ensuring customs clearance, lodging cargo documentation, and coordinating local pickups and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls and other general office duties
• Assisting clients with their air and sea imports and exports
• Quoting Clients and assisting with the best method of transport for their needs (Courier vs AIR vs SEA)
• Liasing with overseas suppliers and agents
• Ensuring all customs clearance and export documentation is in order and compliant
• Registration of shipments, lodging air and sea cargo automations.
• Liasing with clients, agents, shipping lines and airlines and cartage companies
• Organising local pick ups and deliveries

Warren Global Logistics is an international and domestic freight forwarder and logistics provider based at Burleigh heads. We specialise in air and sea imports and exports and are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic person to join the team.

Job Description –Logistics Operator

No experience necessary (however it is a PLUS) as we are willing to train the right person for the job. A key requirement of this position is attention to detail and to be able to problem solve and make decisions under pressure.

The role is full time, Monday - Friday with office hours 0830 - 1700.

Duties involve:
