In this essential administrative role, you will deliver high quality clerical support including word processing, data entry, records maintenance and reception services. You will work closely with legal officers, prosecutors and client assistance staff to assist with case preparation, manage system records, and generate notices and legal documents. Working in a dynamic environment, you will play a key part in supporting an efficient and fair service for the community.

Diverse duties ranging from high level legal administration to frontline customer service
Providing general administrative and clerical support including meeting organisation, word processing, data entry, records maintenance and stationery management
Preparing correspondence, generating legal notices and documents using database software to assist legal staff
Compiling and photocopying material accurately for legal matters and assisting legal staff in case preparation
Delivering a quality reception service by screening phone calls and responding to public and stakeholder enquiries professionally
Managing competing priorities and maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards in relation to sensitive matters
Proven proficiency in word processing and data entry tasks
Effective interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience providing a reception service
Ability to handle sensitive or challenging material with discretion, diplomacy and resilience
Holds a valid current driver licence and willing to travel as required
