Opteon Property Group Pty Ltd in Toowoomba, Cairns, or Townsville is seeking an Administration Assistant to help coordinate workflows, manage documentation, and support client delivery with meticulous, timely and professional service.
You will work closely with a collaborative team, maintain records, prepare quotes and documentation, and ensure milestones and WIP are tracked, enabling smooth operations across the business.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 Full-time | Permanent Location: Toowoomba, Cairns or Townsville
