Eastern Health is seeking an experienced acute nurse leader to join the Leadership Team of the Surgery Program, based on Ward 7.2 at Box Hill Hospital. You will provide strong clinical and operational leadership to ensure timely patient flow for acute surgical inpatients.

The role involves workforce management, quality and safety oversight, and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care within a 32-bed surgical ward.
