Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, patient-centred nursing care for patients undergoing acute surgical treatment.
• Establish therapeutic relationships that promote trust, dignity, respect and positive patient experiences.
• Collaborate with patients, consumers, families and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop, implement and evaluate individualised plans of care.
• Apply sound clinical judgement and critical thinking to assess patient needs, recognise changes in clinical condition and respond appropriately.
