Job summary

A healthcare provider in Edenhope is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager - Acute to ensure best practice nursing care. Qualifications

• Be eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with AHPRA and hold a current practicing certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical area of application is preferred.
• Desirable to have or working towards managerial qualifications i.e. short courses or graduate certificate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent standard of care by collaborating with patients/residents and the community.
• Work with Nurse Unit Manager to create a positive workplace culture and team environment.
• Innovate practices to improve staff satisfaction in the clinical unit.
