Naracoorte Health Service in Naracoorte, SA, is seeking an Associate Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager - Acute to provide clinical leadership and coordinate nursing services within the acute unit.

You will work with the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager to lead rostering, workforce management and quality improvement, while supporting a high‑performing, patient‑centred nursing team in a regional health service.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse with current practising certificate (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia).
• Minimum three years post‑registration nursing/midwifery experience or currently a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
• Ability to supervise and support student nurses and junior staff.
